Cancellations are accepted by phone or WhatsApp on +91 99979 49063. If your plans change, inform us as early as possible so the vehicle can be reassigned. Cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation will apply to that booking.
Where an advance is taken, it is adjusted against the final fare. If a trip cannot be operated from our side (vehicle unavailable, road closure on advice of authorities), any advance paid is refunded or carried forward to a new date — your choice.
If the driver waits at the agreed pickup point and is unable to reach you for a reasonable period, the trip may be treated as a no-show and applicable charges advised at booking may apply.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount after we initiate the refund.
